Affirmations are inspirational, positive statements you say or think about yourself and your life.
Why an affirmation? Saying daily affirmations helps reprogram our negative self-talk so we can manifest more positive thinking, feeling and experiences in our lives. Negative thoughts can become self-fulfilling prophecies. We talk ourselves into believing that we're not good enough, don’t have enough, etc. These thoughts drag down our personal lives, our relationships, and our careers.
These affirmations are meant to create positive thought patterns and beliefs structures each and every month.
How it works: Use your affirmation often. Set a reminder on your phone, download a version to make your background, record yourself repeating and listen to it every morning/night…the options are endless. The goal is to read it, think it and say it as often as you can all month long.
